Obedience Classes

Beginner Obedience

  • Would you like your adolescent or rescue dog to learn basic obedience and good manners?
  • Our Beginner Obedience class is designed to help you set a solid foundation for basic life skills and to improve your understanding of a modern, science-based approach to communicating with and teaching your dog.
  • Owners learn to capture and hold their dog’s attention. We work on basic behaviors of walking on a loose leash, coming when called, Sit, Down, Stay and Leave it. Dogs will learn how to greet people and other dogs politely and allow physical handling.

Intermediate Obedience

Ready to Keep Moving Forward?

Looking to take the AKC CGC or AKC Community Canine?

Interested in Therapy Dog or Support/Service dog training?

Intermediate Obedience and Advanced classes are meant to take you and your dog to the next level of obedience training. We realize it takes time to reach the more advanced skill levels; therefore, we have designed these classes as ongoing training programs to be repeated as long as necessary.

We build on previous skills learned adding more distractions, distances and duration. Off leash work will be introduced along with new exercises. This course will help fine tune and improve upon your previous training, as well as allow you an opportunity for troubleshooting behavior issues common to dog parents. We are here to help you meet your personal dog training goals.

Please fill out a registration form as quickly as possible to secure your class time and date. You will receive an email confirmation, which includes arrival protocol.
